How does it work?
Step 1: CV/Resume Submission: Submit your CV/Resume to the career opportunities advertised by us on our website and career sites or send it directly via our CV Submission Form. (Insert hyperlink of form page on the word “CV Submission Form”)
Step 2: Screening: HR screens the candidates for matching skills, education and experience as per the job description and specification.
Step 3: Preliminary Interview: The screened candidates are further reviewed with a preliminary interview on call as per the job description and specification.
Step 4: Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for the panel interview (HR & Department Head) or Skype Interview for further evaluation of their knowledge, technical skills, personality and attitude in relation to the job profile.
Step 5: On Job Assessment: For specific positions especially those related to Machine’s Operations, the selected candidates may be invited for 1-7days On-job-assessment session, the successful completion of which leads to final selection and negotiation.
Step 6: Final Interview and Reference Check: Shortlisted candidates are called for the final interview with Sr. Management for final evaluation of their knowledge, skills, personality, and attitude.
Step 7: Final Decision: The hiring is done and orientation is conducted in compliance with UAE Labor Laws and company policies and procedures.
